1) current efforts to produce new reagents; coordination efforts
2) future funding for Immune Toolkit efforts and long term access to reagents (especially those with limited commercial potential)
3) orphan reagents, how to avoid this happening and options
4) validating cross-reactivity, ensuring that specificities are correct through use of well characterized systems and positive controls;
5) sustainability of searchable databases [funding and maintaining them]
